This role involves driving the payments roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with payment regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the payments product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Customer Support to align priorities and deliver best-in-class payment solutions.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR) to identify innovation opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Track payment KPIs, identify inefficiencies, and implement enhancements to improve conversion, reduce costs, and elevate user experience.
