The Role

IEQ Capital is seeking a highly driven Platform Product Manager to join our Platform Team. This role operates at the intersection of business, product, operations, and engineering.

The Platform Product Manager acts as the product owner and execution lead for their domain, owning the roadmap and backlog, translating business needs into well-defined work, driving delivery, and ensuring adoption across CRM systems, data integrations, and internal tools. ย 

We are looking for someone who combines strong project management discipline with systems thinking, product ownership, and the ability to push work forward across teams.ย 

What You'll Do:

Own Platform Initiatives End-to-Endย 

  • Evaluate new ideas and requests from business stakeholdersย 
  • Clarify problems before jumping to solutionsย 
  • Define requirements with clear and measurable business outcomesย 
  • Translate needs into executable user stories with acceptance criteriaย 
  • Manage initiatives from discovery through release and adoptionย 
  • Drive post-launch feedback and iterationย 

Own Domain Roadmap & Backlogย 

  • Maintain a clear domain roadmap and clean, prioritized backlog, aligning priorities with the Head of Platformย 
  • Balance quick wins with long-term structural improvementsย 
  • Run backlog grooming with developersย 
  • Ensure user stories are properly scoped for delivery and updated regularlyย ย 
  • Track delivery progress and unblock issues quicklyย 

Partner with Developers & Adminsย 

  • Translate business requirements into technical-ready workย 
  • Align on scope before delivery commitmentsย 
  • Hold developers accountable to delivery hygieneย 
  • Manage trade-offs between speed and sustainabilityย 
  • Think structurally and understand system constraints.ย 

Drive Cross-Functional Coordinationย 

  • Align and coordinate stakeholders across all departmentsย 
  • Manage competing priorities transparentlyย 
  • Run project working sessionsย 
  • Identify downstream impacts across systemsย 
  • Ensure handoffs between teams are documented and repeatableย 

Adoption, Training & Continuous Improvementย 

  • Create documentation and process mapsย

  • Identify workflow breakdowns or adoption gapsย 
  • Propose iterative improvementsย 
Qualifications

Requiredย 

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, or in financial services or wealth management with demonstrated ownership of business systems, workflows, or technology initiativesย 
  • Experience working with CRM systemsย 
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into clear business and system requirementsย 
  • Proven track record of driving initiatives across multiple stakeholdersย 
  • Strong executive communication skillsย 

Preferredย 

  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data flowsย 
  • Experience acting as a product ownerย 
  • Exposure to workflow automation tools or low-code platformsย 
  • Experience operating in software delivery environmentsย

Compensation

The total compensation range for this role, inclusive of base salary and bonus, is $110,000 - $150,000, depending on skills and experience.
