Join our well-established coffee and frozen beverage distribution company, where we’ve been excelling for 25 plus years. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to become an integral part of our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Daily Report & Payment Operations: Complete daily driver ticket reports, post cash receipts, apply payments in QuickBooks, and address discrepancies.
  • Manage Accounts Payable: Enter, audit, verify expenses, and process payments in QuickBooks.
  • Lead Customer Engagement: Handle payment collection and general inquiries via email and phone.
  • Streamline Company Record Management: Scan, file, and maintain accurate records according to company standards.
