This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.

The Payment Solutions Implementation team is responsible for coordinating client implementations and training for various cash management solutions that the bank provides. We have an exciting opportunity for an Advisor on the team as a client-facing trainer.

This role is responsible for coordinating client implementations and training for various cash management solutions. Works closely with internal stakeholders and external Third-Party Vendors in delivering service excellence. Ensures adherence to compliance processes and procedures to mitigate reputation or financial risk for the bank.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Implementation Strategy and Execution - Develop and execute implementation plans for treasury and payment solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of services. Manage project timelines and resources to meet client expectations.
  • Client Relationship Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process. Address client concerns and provide ongoing support throughout the implementation lifecycle. Ensure product adoption to commence revenue generation. Identify cross-selling opportunities to refer to our internal partners.
  • Process Optimization and Documentation - Identify areas for improvement in the implementation process and propose solutions. Develop and maintain Delivery guides and best practice documentation. Collaborate with product teams to enhance product features based on implementation insights.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment on implementation objectives. Participate in internal meetings to share implementation insights and contribute to strategic planning. Support the development of implementation-related marketing materials and client communications.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 1 year experience

High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 5 years' experience
