Job description

Brandt is currently seeking a Corporate Parts Ordering Lead Hand for our Regina location.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Focused on key inventory metrics (Fill Rate / Turns / Stock Leveling / etc.)
  • Manage stock out/inventory email requests from each location and action as required in alignment with our strategic goals
  • Provide leadership, and guidance
  • Backing up their team’s daily duties as required
  • Drive consistency among coordinator teams as it relates to process and procedure
  • Identify opportunities for departmental improvements and work with key stakeholders to implement change.
  • Signing and approving PO’s / Freight invoices and working closely with Accounts Payable to ensure timely closure and delivery to Accounts Payable
  • Manage ongoing relationship with key vendors and their personnel
  • Provide high quality support to internal and external customers
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience
  • A solid leader with strong work ethic and be willing to put in extra time as required to get the job done
  • 3-5 years of relevant parts experience and/or post-secondary education in Business Administration, Mathematics, Analytics, or similar discipline would be considered an asset
  • Analytical / critical thinker who can problem solve and think outside the box
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to adapt to changes within a growing company
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management and/or previous parts knowledge considered an asset
