Job description

Our wonderful team of clinicians is looking to add a new colleague who wants to deliver high-quality outpatient mental health services in the Aurora-Oswego-Naperville area. We make ethical conduct, trauma-informed care, and clients' best interests a top priority.


The same principles that guide our attitude toward our clients (teamwork, integrity, respect) is reflected in the collaboration among providers - in addition to a healthy sense of humor.


We offer flexibility in schedule and work around your needs. This job is ideal for working parents who want to have a healthy work-life balance, whether that is for one day a week or full time.


There is no costly split-fee structure; our providers are independent contractors who pay rent, though everyone benefits from the solid reputation, marketing efforts, and administrative support services (including insurance billing) Oasis has to offer.


Post-doc candidates will also be considered.


Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, and/or family, and/or couples mental health counseling to clients in an outpatient practice.


  • Utilize evidence-based approaches tailored to the individual client.


  • Maintain accurate EMR/EHR documentation, and ensure compliance with clinical standards.


  • Uphold client-centered, trauma-informed practices (training provided if this is an area of growth).


Qualifications

  • Licensed Mental Health Professional with appropriate state licensure


  • Experience providing mental health counseling


  • Strong clinical documentation and EMR/EHR skills or aptitude


  • Experience with trauma-sensitive practices preferred


  • Insurance accreditation preferred or eligible to obtain
