We're seeking an experienced Healthcare Sales Representative to grow and manage referral relationships for Lorian Home Health. This role drives new business while supporting existing referral partners across hospitals, SNFs, outpatient rehab centers, and medical groups.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain referral relationships
  • Generate new referrals and manage existing accounts
  • Engage RN case managers, discharge planners, and physicians
  • Collaborate with clinical/operational teams to support patient care
  • Secure Face-to-Face physician documentation
  • Attend sales and interdisciplinary team meetings

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years healthcare sales/business development experience
  • 5+ years healthcare sales required (Home Health preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of the local medical community
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Local travel across Las Vegas
  • Work occurs in office and medical facility environments
