As a Loader at Marvin, you’ll play a key role in making sure our premium windows and doors are shipped safely and accurately. You’ll follow established processes to protect products from damage and ensure timely delivery to our customers. This role offers a consistent schedule and the chance to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Work a consistent schedule with opportunities for overtime:

    • Day shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:00 pm; occasional overtime on Fridays | Pay: $22.00 per hour
    • Possible Weekend shift - Friday - Sunday, 6:00 am - 6:00 pm; occasional overtime during the week | Pay: $26 per hour ($22 per hour base rate + $4.00 weekend shift differential)

  • Review shipping orders to confirm accuracy and ensure products are free from damage
  • Load trucks by hand with care and precision, following scanning and documentation procedures
  • Record department data and complete paperwork with attention to detail

  • Previous experience operating a forklift
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Basic computer skills and clear communication

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 85 lbs.
