Job description

HR Head for USA region & BU HRBP Head for a global Business Unit

Location: San Jose

Reporting to HR SVP (Head of Global HR)

Responsibility
  • Serve as a strategic and trusted advisor to key stakeholders across USA and lead the HRBP team to support a sizable Business Unit globally.
  • Take responsibility for all spectrum HR affairs, develop HR framework according to global HR strategy and provide local insights.
  • Formulate local pay philosophy, structures to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive compensation for attracting and retaining good people.
  • Develop, implement and administer an effective performance management mechanism.
  • Motivate and coach managers and employees to maintain high levels of engagement in the organization.
  • Lead the continuous improvement and enhancement of HR services.
Qualification
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation & practice in USA in MNCs.
  • Solid experience in payroll, benefit, recruiting and immigration management in USA.
  • Must have expertise on employee relationship with experience of handling people issue.
  • Strong communication and influence skill, coach skill is plus.
  • Affinity with high tech industry and organizations.
  • Bachelor degree and above, over 10 years in general HR and managerial role is preferable.
  • Chinese or bilingual is preferred but not a must.
