Assistant Controller
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience)

We are recruiting on behalf of a respected Indianapolis employer seeking an Assistant Controller. This role supports the Controller in overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance while managing staff and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger activities
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
  • Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff
