Compensation 

This position has an hourly pay rate of $19.25 and is eligible for performance bonuses.  

The compensation listed represents the base pay for this position, which is just one of the many elements of our Total Compensation package.

  • Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards. 
  • Coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth by demonstrating knowledge of and training on systems, Company standards, account management, recovery (collections), job duties, and performance reports. 
  • Lead the charge for all team members to identify local marketing strategies, use business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtain referrals, host and participate in community and in-store events to steer growth and build revenue. 
  • Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and all relevant transactions, and assess risk within established limits. 
  • Enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local and state laws and regulations.  
  • Participate in audits and compliance reviews as directed by the corporate office or District Manager.
