Your Role:

As our Certified Dietary Manager, you will:

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate all dietary operations

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

  • Lead, schedule, and train dietary staff

  • Develop and oversee menus in collaboration with the Registered Dietitian

  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and food safety

  • Partner with nursing and administrative staff to meet resident needs

Qualifications:

  • Active CDM, CFPP certification required

  • 2+ years in dietary management, preferably in LTC/SNF

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Working knowledge of regulatory requirements (CMS, DOH)

  • ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)
