Job Description

Wanted: Experienced Asphalt Foreman with a strong background in asphalt paving and pavement maintenance operations. Must be a self-starter, self-directed, and production-driven operator. You must know how to lead crews, manage jobs, and deliver clean, efficient results.

If you have a proven track record in asphalt and can run crews to hit production and quality standards, we have an opportunity for you with steady work and room to grow.


Job Responsibilities

Operations

  • Lead and manage asphalt paving and maintenance crews
  • Oversee paving, grinding, sealcoating, and repair work
  • Coordinate daily jobsite operations, trucking, and material flow
  • Ensure production goals are met
  • Maintain quality control throughout all phases of work
  • Identify and solve jobsite issues in real time
  • Read plans, specifications, and job scope
  • Work with project managers and estimators to execute projects
  • Ensure jobs are completed on time and within scope
  • Track job progress and communicate updates

Safety

  • Enforce jobsite safety standards
  • Follow and maintain compliance with Washington L&I / WISHA (WAC 296-155)
  • Maintain clean and organized jobsites

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of asphalt paving or heavy civil experience
  • Experience as a Foreman or Crew Lead
  • Must have valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
  • Self-starter
  • Strong leadership and accountability
  • Strong understanding of asphalt equipment and operations
  • Ability to read plans and manage job execution
  • Must be able to work extended hours and weekends when required

Pay

$46.00 – $50.00 per hour
