New Pattern Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our remote team. • Conduct in-depth exploratory assessments to identify the mental health concerns and needs of clients, ensuring accurate diagnostic formulations.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to their individual goals.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques that resonate with the unique dynamics of each client.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain meticulous client records, including treatment progress and updates, in compliance with ethical and legal standards to ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to facilitate integrated care approaches for our clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment models, and community resources while advocating for their rights and access to services.
• Proactively engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training to stay updated on best practices in mental health therapy.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, each bringing unique backgrounds and challenges. • Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to cultivate rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
• Commitment to uphold the highest standards of ethical practice and professional integrity.

• Prior experience working with diverse populations in a clinical environment is advisable, though not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy practices will be advantageous.
• Experience advocating for marginalized clients and understanding systemic barriers in mental health care.
