New Pattern Counseling Center is seeking an accomplished and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This position is entirely remote, leveraging telehealth technologies to provide therapy sessions to clients in the comfort of their own homes. • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, develop clinical diagnoses, and formulate individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others tailored to the client's context.
• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to clients facing acute mental health emergencies.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with ethical and legal requirements, including detailed progress notes and treatment documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver coordinated care that encompasses all aspects of the client's well-being.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health, treatment options, and available community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs throughout the therapeutic process.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and seminars to stay abreast of the latest best practices in the mental health field.

This role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including adults, families, and adolescents facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. As a therapist, you will be instrumental in building strong therapeutic relationships that foster trust, openness, and healing.

• Must be a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with appropriate credentials: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.
• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities with a focus on individualized treatment strategies.
• A minimum of two years of related experience providing mental health therapy is essential.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering an empathetic environment for clients.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team dynamic.
• A strong commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards in mental health practice.

• While prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred, entry-level candidates with relevant internships or practicums are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and tools is advantageous as you will be delivering services remotely.

The salary range for this position is USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting the importance of this role and commensurate with applicable experience. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus as an incentive for qualified candidates.
