Maximal Security Services LLC is seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer to join our team in Falls Church, Virginia.
This is a regular weekend overnight position with 14 guaranteed hours per week. Additional weekday hours may be available to cover call-offs, vacations, and staffing shortages.

  • Friday & Saturday
  • 9:00 PM – 4:00 AM
  • 14 guaranteed hours per week

Pay

  • $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property.
  • Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols throughout the property.
  • Operate a company patrol vehicle safely while conducting scheduled patrols.
  • Complete patrol tours by scanning QR code checkpoints using the company's mobile application.
  • Complete all required digital reports, Daily Activity Reports (DARs), and incident documentation using the company's mobile reporting application.
  • Monitor for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and unauthorized individuals.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
  • Contact law enforcement and company management when required.
  • Enforce site-specific post orders and company policies.
  • Provide professional customer service and maintain a visible security presence.
Requirements

  • Active Virginia DCJS Unarmed Security Officer Registration (Guard Card) (Required)

  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required)
  • Must be comfortable driving a company patrol vehicle throughout the shift.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Must own a smartphone capable of running the company's patrol and reporting application.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and dependable attendance.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must pass a background check, drug screening, and driving record check, if required.
Previous vehicle patrol, security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required.
