Patient Transport Associates often encounter challenges such as navigating busy hospital corridors, coordinating with medical staff for timely patient transfers, and ensuring patient comfort and safety during transport. These skills are essential for maintaining patient well-being, preventing injuries, and supporting efficient hospital operations.
