Medication Access Pharmacist - Help Patients Start Therapy On Time | Remote Options Available
Serve as a patient advocate by navigating prior authorizations, insurance requirements, and financial assistance programs. Many roles offer remote or hybrid work so you can focus on reducing access barriers and improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

  • Support prescribers and patients through the prior-authorization and coverage process.
  • Identify eligibility for manufacturer assistance, co-pay support, and patient assistance programs.
  • Coordinate with providers, case managers, and payers to ensure timely approval and delivery.
  • Educate patients and staff on insurance coverage, financial resources, and access options.
  • Track outcomes and continuously improve processes that reduce barriers to care.
What You'll Bring
  • Education: PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy.
  • Licensure: Active U.S. pharmacist license.
  • Experience: Managed care, patient access, or specialty preferred. Hospital, ambulatory, and community pharmacists interested in transitioning are welcome.
