Travel Registered Nurse (RN) CCU

Schedule: Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Assignment Details:

  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

  • Current state nursing license
  • CPR certification
  • ACLS certification
  • NIHSS certification
  • Strong ICU experience at a Level 1 Trauma Center
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in the care of patients.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to established protocols and standards.
  • Document patient care in accordance with standards of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans as prescribed by the physician or hospital policy.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance departmental practices.
  • Provide guidance to other units and departments in support of patients' longitudinal care plans.
  • Employ critical thinking to ensure patient safety and enhance patient experience, escalating issues as necessary.
