We are hiring a Patient Relations Assistant! A patient relations assistant greets, guides, and manages the patients who walk in to the office and call. We are looking for friendly, cheerful people to add to our team!

Major areas of responsibility:

- Schedule appointments for patient for future dates, acceptance of walk-in visits

- Create and update electronic health records of patients, scan in forms of identification and insurance discounts

- Prepare the patients charts for the Optometric Assistants and overseeing the duties of the Optometric assistants
