In Patient Scheduling at Main Campus Lee Building
Work schedule will be Full-time on the Day Shift, M-F 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m..
Summary:
Responsible for performing multiple customer-focused functions within the Patient Registration Department as it pertains to scheduling patients for appointments into the health system.
Other information:
Must be able to; 1) multi-task, 2) work independently, 3) communicate on varying levels, both written and oral.

Children's of Alabama Scheduling office is located on the Main Downtown Campus exclusively in the Lee Building. Centralized intake center for patient referrals and appointment call center scheduling for specialty clinics, therapies, testing, and radiology procedures. Responsible for performing multiple customer-focused scheduling workflows in collaboration with the specialty offices. Works directly with patients/families to schedule their specialty appointment.
