Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as grooming, meals, and mobility when needed
  • Monitor resident behaviors and report changes in mood, behavior, or condition to nursing staff

  • Assist with maintaining a calm, structured, and safe environment for all residents
  • Support nursing staff with observation rounds and documentation

Qualifications
  • Must possess a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio
