Assignment Details
  • 16-week initial contract (13-week renewals)
  • Full-time Schedules
  • 8 or 12-hour shifts available, depending on the facility
  • Rotating Weekends
  • Opportunities across North Carolina's leading psychiatric and behavioral health facilities

What You'll Do
  • Provide compassionate, hands-on care and assist with activities of daily living
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADL's)
  • Maintain patient observation levels as ordered
  • Use therapeutic communication to support patient stabilization
  • Support a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Collaborate with nurses and multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated patient care
  • Perform additional duties delegated by and completed under the supervision of a Registered Nurse

Requirements
  • Current CNA certification
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association)
  • 1+ year of recent inpatient care experience
  • Ability to pass required compliance screenings (background, drug screen, competencies)
