Vascular Navigator – Outpatient

🕒 Full-Time | Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What Success Looks Like
In your first 90 days, you will:
• Accurately schedule and register patients with complete demographic and insurance information
• Confidently communicate with patients, physician offices, and insurance companies
• Process pre-certifications and authorizations efficiently and correctly, when needed.
• Maintain clear, thorough documentation in all systems
• Provide a professional, calm experience for patients and callers

• Schedule consults and procedures accurately and efficiently
