Patient Ambassador


Location: UC HEALTH HIGHLANDS RANCH HOSPITAL - 43552001

Workdays/shifts: Mornings - varying days. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $19.50 - $21.84

What You'll Do: As a Patient Ambassador at Sodexo, you are a warm-welcomer and experience ambassador. Your dedication to helping others brings a smile and makes a meaningful impact on others.  


Responsibilities include:

  • Provide nutritional care to patients by assisting in menu selection Providing patient meal delivery and patient set-up with direct patient contact
  • Receive and process phone orders
  • Identifying patients who have not ordered meals with the assistance of the tray tracking system
  • Make meal rounds and collect survey information and relay pertinent information to Sodexo leadership
  • Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
