Job description

Registered Nurse (RN) Circulator - Main OR

Day shift from 06:45 AM to 05:15 PM

This is a 13-week contract position.

The Main OR is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Circulator to join our team. This role involves coordinating and delivering patient care during surgical procedures, ensuring a safe and sterile environment, and collaborating with the surgical team to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
  • Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical staff.
  • Manage and ensure the availability of necessary surgical equipment and supplies.
  • Document patient care and surgical procedures accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

  • Current RN license required.
  • Previous experience as an OR Circulator is preferred.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is advantageous.
