Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Care
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient health needs, developing care plans, administering treatments, and collaborating with physicians and care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional home healthcare services.
Work Environment
This position requires travel to patient homes within the assigned service area and may involve standing, lifting, and assisting patients with mobility as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
