Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Care Manager for a travel nursing job in La Mesa, California.

Position Details: Case Manager RN

Job Responsibilities: Provides care to patient and family care that progresses them towards self-identified, holistic, and individualized goals

Shift: Days 5X8's

Hours: 8-430, every other weekend required

Duties: Must have 2 years of recent Case Management experience (in hospital setting)

License: CA License required

Certs: BLS (AHA) other certifications may be required
