We are seeking two patient care coordinators to be an integral part of our team working with the underserved patient population in Auburn Park and Blue Island. We are seeking a high-energy, competitive and compassionate individuals to join our team. The Patient Care Coordinator would provide excellent customer service to our patients, assisting in registration, scheduling appointments, informing individuals about our services, referral and other duties. The PCC would work 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. The hourly rate for this individual would be $16-17 per hour with full benefits and the ability to grow within the organization. This position is a great opportunity to work with the underserved patient population and make a direct impact in the healthcare needs of the community.
