As support to the ENT Department, the Associate Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for providing appointment scheduling, patient registration, cashiering, answers incoming calls and perform other related clerical functions. This primary role provides front office support functions.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm PST
Location: 259 Terracina Blvd. Redlands, CA. May be required to travel to other locations for coverage, depending on business need.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Direct patients to appropriate departments or personnel
  • Answer multiple phone lines, direct calls, and take messages
  • Inform provider assistants of no-shows and cancellations
