The Medical Assistant will work closely alongside physicians and support staff, contributing to a streamlined workflow. • Assist the medical doctor in conducting patient evaluations and assessments, gathering relevant medical histories to aid in accurate diagnosis.

• Collaborate with the physician to create and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize patient outcomes and well-being.

• Perform essential medical procedures, including taking vital signs, administering injections, and assisting with minor surgical procedures, as required.

• Maintain up-to-date patient records by accurately documenting visits, treatments, and changes in health status using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Provide clear and compassionate communication to patients, addressing their questions and concerns proactively to ensure a positive experience.

• Monitor patient progress and promptly report any changes to the physician for timely interventions and adjustments to care.

• Support office operations by managing patient flow, ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently, and assisting with administrative duties as needed.
