Identifies and to the extent possible resolves patient problems concerns and complaints by explaining hospital policies and procedures and notifying appropriate personnel of specific complaints. Investigates and documents patient complaints. Serves as a liaison between administration and patients in order to improve patient satisfaction with hospital services.
