Job description

Responsibilities
Monitor and manage vehicle traffic in the hospital drop-off and pick-up area.
Ensure vehicles do not remain parked or stopped in the loading zone for extended periods.
Assist patients and visitors with general questions regarding hospital locations, departments, and directions.
Provide wheelchairs to patients arriving at the entrance when needed.
Contact and coordinate with the transport team for patient assistance and escorts.
Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming entrance area.
Communicate professionally with patients, visitors, staff, valet, and security teams.
Assist with crowd control and maintain clear access for emergency and hospital vehicles.
Report any concerns, incidents, or safety issues to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
Years of Experience: Entry Level
Language Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and written
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 or older to apply
