Position Overview

Empowerment Pathways is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team in Tucson, Arizona. This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work while focusing on delivering high-quality mental health services. As an LPC, you will be an integral part of our commitment to care for clients in an outpatient setting, working collaboratively to foster healing and mental wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an active caseload of clients, ensuring to establish trustful relationships characterized by professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, address stability, set future appointments, and discharge clients when they have met their treatment goals.
  • Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of each client, promoting their mental health and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client.
  • Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and appropriate services.
  • Schedule and conduct individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis.
  • Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to client care.
  • Maintain a growth mindset, continuously seeking ways to improve service delivery and personal development.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
