Job description

A growing pathology team in Altoona, PA is seeking2 community pathologiststo join a hospital-based practice. Fellowship training in cytopathology is preferred, but not required, and candidates must be AP/CP ABMS board certified or board eligible.

Position highlights
  • Surgical pathology volume of more than 13,000 cases annually and 3,000 non-gynecologic cytopathology specimens.

  • Join a team of 2 pathologists with night and weekend call shared equally.

  • Specialty pathology consultation and support are available through academic core pathology services in Pittsburgh.

  • Advanced services include immunohistochemistry, imaging, and molecular anatomic pathology.
