Facility in Seattle, WA seeking Pathology locums coverage Rates: $280/hr Opportunity Highlights
  • Consistent Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (approximately 20 shifts per month).
  • Duration: March 2026 through August 2026.
  • Work-Life Balance: No call currently required (subject to change based on provider skill set).
  • Volume: Approximately pathology cases per day.
  • Technology: Cerner LIS / CoPath pathology information system.
  • Support: Full support staff available within the pathology department.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality sign-outs for Surgical Pathology.
  • Manage Cytopathology caseloads.
  • Collaborate with the laboratory team and hospital clinical staff to ensure timely results.
Provider Requirements
  • Board Certification: REQUIRED in Anatomic Pathology (or AP/CP).
  • Education: Completion of an accredited Residency and/or Fellowship is REQUIRED.
  • Licensure: Active Washington (WA) State License or IMLC LOQ in hand is HIGHLY PREFERRED.
  • Experience: Must be an experienced pathologist comfortable with a standard hospital caseload.
Start Date & Credentialing
  • Mandatory Orientation: March , 2026.
  • Assignment Start: March 2026.
  • Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 3 months.
