Cross Paths is actively seeking professional individuals with the skill sets to engage and inspire youth. Individuals seeking employment with Cross Paths must be able to work with teenage youth ages 6-15
Our youth need consistency, nurturing, structure and positive adult role models. Appropriate professional boundaries with youth, staff and outside agencies are required. Individuals must be able to implement team goals and objectives as well as adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining excellent customer service. Youth Specialist must be able to meet the minimum state requirements which includes but is not limited to:
  • One year of experience of working with youth or related field and at least 21 years of age or older
  • Valid Arizona Driver's License and 60 month Driving History Report
  • A Physical Health report and a current CPR/First Aid Card
  • Level 1 Finger Print Clearance Card/ Pre- Obtaining Finger Print Clearance Card
Youth Specialist must be able to pass PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN AND CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS and OBTAIN AN ARIZONA D.P.S CLASS 1 CLEARANCE CARD.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Role model the expected behavior per policy
  • Interactive supervision
  • Maintain the health, safety and welfare of both client and staff
  • Follow the daily schedule
  • Complete daily documentation as specified
  • House must be kept clean at all times
  • Transporting clients in authorized agency vehicles only
  • Maintain all company and state required trainings and certifications
  • Other duties may be assigned by House Manager or designee
