Calm Path Behavioral and Mental Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. • Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans crafted to address patient-specific needs.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions with clients through various modalities, including individual and group therapy, while adapting treatment strategies as necessary to align with patient progress.
• Keep meticulous records of client evaluations, progress notes, and treatment adjustments to foster an effective and transparent therapeutic process.
• Provide continuous support through ongoing assessments to monitor client progress, adjusting treatment methodologies based on emerging needs and patient feedback.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and refer clients to specialists when required, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their health care.

You will primarily work with individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and addictive behaviors. Tailoring your approach to the unique backgrounds and situations of each client, you will foster a trusting therapeutic relationship that encourages clients to explore their thoughts and feelings openly.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic practices, particularly focusing on addictive behaviors and co-occurring disorders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to encourage and motivate clients toward achieving their therapeutic goals.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and willingness to stay updated with the latest practices in mental health therapy.

• Experience working in a community health setting, particularly within a remote framework.
• Specialized training in addiction counseling or related therapeutic approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds effectively.
• Previous experience in conducting both individual and group therapy sessions.
• Proven track record of adapting treatment plans based on client feedback and therapeutic outcomes.
