Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with children and families to implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is a hands-on position focused on making meaningful, lasting differences in the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in clinic, home, or community settings
  • Collect and record accurate data on client progress
  • Assist in skill acquisition programs (communication, social, daily living skills)
  • Support behavior reduction strategies with professionalism and consistency
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and families
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines

Qualifications

  • Current RBT certification (required)*** Not an RBT yet, that's ok. We will work with you to take the class and help study for the test so that you can begin your career as an RBT***
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred)
  • Preferred experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities, is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to pass background check and any required screenings
