Enterprise Implementation Project Manager for a US Healthtech (LIS) scale-up. This established LIS provider has supported laboratory workflows for 25+ years and is now doubling down on a modern cloud platform. They need a hands‐on Enterprise Implementation Project Manager who can wear multiple hats ‐ project lead, product SME, configurator, and trainer ‐ to deliver complex rollouts for enterprise lab customers.

TL;DR Location: US-remote (team runs on Eastern/Central hours; up to 25% travel ) Env: Enterprise cloud LIS; multi‐stakeholder implementations; small, high‐ownership team Role You'll lead enterprise customers through the full SaaS implementation lifecycle— scope/SOW, project plan, configuration, training, testing & validation, cutover, and handoff —while coordinating internal teams (implementation, support, dev, CS). Expect real ownership across multiple concurrent projects and visible impact with clinical end users. Who?

5+ years running complex, technical projects (enterprise implementations) Confident project governor : timelines, budgets, RAID, stakeholder accountability, executive presence Able to become a product SME and map best‐practice lab workflows to configuration; strong trainer and communicator Thrives in evolving products; proactive, detail‐obsessed, comfortable with ambiguity and context‐switching Nice to haves Decades of trust, modern cloud now - serious enterprise workflows, not a quick "flip the switch" rollout. You'll actually build & configure (front‐end settings + data uploads/scripts), not just shepherd status meetings. Clear path from go‐live to hypercare to CS - you see the whole arc and hand off cleanly.

What you'll do Own SOW & plan; hit deadlines and budget; run crisp stakeholder cadence. Configure application features to each lab's workflow; coordinate with dev for report/templates and small feature work. Train customers (LMS + tailored sessions) and lead UAT, troubleshooting and validation.

Juggle multiple projects in parallel with high quality and accuracy. Must-haves US-based, able to work EST/CST rhythms; travel up to 25%. Demonstrated enterprise implementation leadership with hands‐on configuration + training.

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management. Tech touchpoints Interfaces & EHR context (HL7/data mapping managed with specialists; you orchestrate & validate) Data uploads/SQL/scripts to seed and transform content during build Label/scanner/barcode hardware setup during on‐site phases (with a troubleshooting mindset) Hiring process ~3 rounds across PM, technical, and leadership; brief assessment possible; senior leadership exposure in final. Ramp aims for hands‐on from day 1 with 1–2 go‐lives in first 90 days.

Hop onboard! Shape how enterprise labs adopt a modern LIS - own the build, make go‐lives feel alive, and hand off something you're proud of. If you're a builder who loves orchestrating real‐world complexity, this is your canvas.
