Position Description
Use Bill of Material and print to test coils to comply with safety, quality and methods procedures. Setup and operate testing equipment used in leak detection of copper, brass and cupro-nickel construction
Key Responsibilities
This position requires the ability to operate equipment, setup equipment, identify and locate required tooling and inspect coils prior to test. Assemble vent and drain plugs, if required. Apply set pressure to coil and submerge under water and check for leaks. Tester will repair all leaks and record data.
Required Education & Qualifications
Must be flexible, proactive in problem solving, display initiative to learn and make improvements in the workplace. Must be a certified brazer.
