Job description

Program Overview
Interns contribute to substantive prosecution work under the guidance of an attorney mentor-encompassing office actions, drafting, prior art research, and preparation of appeal briefs-while engaging in appropriate client interactions.
Who we are looking for
  • Current law students with a B.S. in CS, CE, ME, or EE (equivalent degrees considered); advanced degrees a plus
  • Technical work experience valued (software, hardware, networking, etc.)
  • Demonstrated interest in patent law; USPTO registration a plus
