Job description

Our clients are seeking an exceptional Patent Associates or Patent Agents to join the intellectual property teams in several offices nationwide. Candidates must have a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical, biotech, chemistry, chemical, biomedical. The successful candidate will have experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications, responding to office actions, assisting in the preparation of opinions and conducting prior art searches OR patent litigation in high tech or life sciences.

USPTO admission is preferred. Both experienced patent agents and patent attorneys are welcome to apply.
