Cetrella seeks a strong Pasta Maker to join the kitchen in preparing Cetrella's line of artisan pastas, led by its Executive Chef. Cetrella is a fine dining restaurant serving Mediterranean-Rim, California Coastal cuisine for 22 years. Located in downtown Los Altos in the heart of Silicon Valley, Cetrella features a spacious main dining room with bar and terrace, an outdoor Paseo and parklet, an underground speakeasy, and a teaching kitchen. Cetrella is highly rated as a neighborhood gem, corporate and personal special occasion spot, and wonderful date night and bar scene.  Menus feature sustainably sourced artisan ingredients and produce, fish, poultry and meats, house-made pasta, tapas and specialty desserts. We are interviewing qualified applicants to join our superb kitchen team under the leadership of Executive Chef Amol Thanky.
