Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain commercial pasta extruder
  • Produce handmade pasta
  • Ability to keep a well organized station and work clean and tight
  • Able to lift 50-100lbs
  • Perform duties in accordance with California Health and Safety Standards

Skills / Experience / Certification:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a fine dining or high volume kitchen environment preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of proper food handling and a California Food Handler’s (SERVSAFE) Card
