Project Manager

Location: Houston, Texas | Full-Time | In-Office (Local Travel)


Summary

The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, overseeing project performance, financial management, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. This role partners closely with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities include managing project budgets, providing regular status updates to executive and senior-level stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects meet client expectations. The Project Manager also presents quarterly business reviews, identifies opportunities for account growth and process improvement, and serves as a trusted advisor to clients within commercial and healthcare environments.

What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of Project Management experience in Large‑scale, long‑duration projects required
  • Project Management experience in healthcare/hospital settings (preferred)
  • Experience in construction or Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Project Management (preferred)
  • Life safety or compliance knowledge (a plus)
  • Experience managing schedules, budgets, and multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to perform in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments
  • Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through and accountability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office


Physical Requirements

  • Regular standing, walking, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching
  • Ability to climb ladders and work above ceiling spaces
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and containment units
  • Ability to safely lift and carry materials, tools, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions

Additional Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age to meet company driving and insurance eligibility requirements
  • Valid driver's license required. Ability to obtain and maintain identification necessary for work-related travel is required

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure: The compensation range for this position is $27.00-$34.00 per hour. This range represents REMEDI8's good-faith estimate of the compensation expected to be offered to a successful candidate at the time of hire. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, certifications, geographic location, market conditions, and business needs.
