Are you a natural "people person" with a knack for building lasting professional connections? Central Coast Party Helpers is looking for a dynamic Business Relationships Representative to join our team in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Monterey. This is a remote/hybrid contract position focused on expanding our footprint by connecting local businesses with our premier event planning and staffing services. Must live in San Luis Obispo area of California.


What Youll Do

  • Proactive Outreach: Identify and reach out to local businesses, corporate offices, venues and wineries to introduce our complete event packages.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of B2B partners who need reliable, high-quality event support.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand a clients unique event needs and present tailored staffing and planning solutions.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the energy and professionalism of Central Coast Party Helpers in every interaction.
