Job Overview
We are looking for a Receptionist to serve as the face of our Senior Assisted Living facility in Burnsville, MN. This role would act as the first point of contact for senior age residents, families, visitors, and staff. This position is responsible for clerical support to all departments needing assistance, and will answer phones, greet visitors, and vendors.
This part-time weekend receptionist schedule includes:
  • 9 am-1 pm every other weekend Sat/Sunday
  • 8 hours every two weeks

Arbors at Ridges Assisted Living is located on the Ebenezer Ridges Burnsville Campus near Fairview Ridges Hospital. Arbors at Ridges offers 62 breathtaking Assisted Living apartments. We have a well-established community with warm residents and a dedicated and seasoned staff! We are committed to well-rounded healthcare and successfully communicate with residents to promote a high quality of life.
Responsibilities:
  • Greets and provides courteous assistance to all whom enter the community
  • Supervises security of the facility by unlocking entrances and supervising those entering and exiting
  • Clerical duties for various departments, such as mailings, petty cash account, distributing mail, and transactions with resident funds
  • Responds to medical, fire, maintenance, and security emergencies per building policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1 year related work experience in a related work environment
