Job description

We're a practice built around prevention, education, and the kind of aesthetic philosophy that actually respects the skin and the person in it. We blend advanced clinical treatments with Korean skincare principles, because we believe long-term results come from working with the skin.

The Role:
This is a part-time or per diem position designed for a skilled aesthetic RN who brings both clinical confidence and genuine warmth to every client interaction. You'll work across a range of treatments, lead your own consultations, and be a trusted voice in how clients think about their skin health long-term.

What You'll Do:
Clinical Care:
  • Conduct aesthetic injections — neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators.
  • Perform microneedling treatments, including advanced protocols with skin boosters.
  • Administer skin and wellness injections, including GLP-1 and IM therapies.
  • Operate advanced devices and perform procedures tailored to individual skin concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and meticulously organized treatment environment.
Client Consultation & Education:
  • Lead thorough one-on-one consultations and build personalized, realistic treatment plans.
  • Educate clients on skincare regimens, post-procedure care, and lifestyle approach to skincare.
  • Follow up with clients to support treatment continuity and long-term outcomes.
  • Guide clients toward memberships, packages, and products that genuinely serve their goals.
Team & Operations:
  • Collaborate closely with the front desk and aesthetic team for seamless client flow.
  • Support scheduling, follow-ups, and client communication as needed.
  • Contribute clinical insights to improve protocols, client experience, and operational efficiency.

Who Thrives Here:
  • You lead with prevention, not correction. You believe the best aesthetic outcome is one that ages beautifully and you help clients understand that too, even when it's a harder conversation.
  • You're a natural educator. You don't just perform treatments, you help clients understand their skin, their options, and why your recommendations make sense for them specifically.
  • You're comfortable in a startup. Protocols evolve. Roles expand. Things aren't always perfect. You see that as opportunity, not inconvenience.
  • You want to grow somewhere, not just work somewhere. You're looking for a clinical home where your skills deepen, your client relationships develop over time, and your input shapes how the practice grows.

What We're Looking For:
  • Valid California RN license (required).
  • Experience in a med spa or cosmetic dermatology setting (preferred but not required).
  • Strong knowledge of skin anatomy and non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
  • Confident, education-first consultation style.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable under pressure.
  • Comfortable with weekend availability to serve our client schedule.
  • Located near or able to commute to San Clemente, CA.

An Honest Note About Culture:
We're a growing startup, which means we're still building systems, team, and vision. That's intentional. We want people who want to help shape something, not just step into something finished. If you need a fully structured corporate environment to feel secure, this may not be the right fit. If you thrive when given ownership and trust, you'll feel at home here quickly.

To Apply:
Send your resume and a brief note in your own words covering:
  • What drew you into aesthetic nursing and what keeps you passionate about it.
  • How you approach a client who comes in expecting results that aren't realistic for their skin.
