We're partnering with a professional organization in the Nashville area that's looking to bring on a Part-Time Receptionist to support their day-to-day office operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of front desk support, administrative work, and keeping an office running smoothly.
- Compensation: $22-$24 per hour
- Location: Nashville, TN.
- Type: Temp to Hire
- Hours: Monday- Thursday 8:00am-3:00pm
Responsibilities- Greet and assist guests, creating a welcoming office experience
- Support daily office operations including mail, packages, and general admin tasks
- Coordinate office logistics like workspace setup, equipment needs, and seating
- Maintain office and kitchen supplies and overall organization
- Assist with meetings and events including scheduling, setup, and catering
- Provide additional administrative support as needed
Qualifications- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service focused
- Able to work both independently and within a team
