At MATS, we provide individualized, evidence-based therapy in a warm and nurturing environment. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for children with autism by focusing on socially significant skill development and supporting families through training and collaboration.

Position Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinical team. This part-time role primarily operates in-home and in community settings, providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. Evening shifts are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior plans using ABA strategies such as discrete trial training, prompting/fading, reinforcement, shaping, chaining, and social skills instruction

  • Collect and record data accurately

  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure effective treatment

  • Maintain RBT certification and supervision logs

  • Ensure client and staff safety and follow all protocols

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • RBT certification preferred

  • ABA therapy experience (2+ years preferred)

  • Reliable transportation, valid driverโ€™s license, and auto insurance required

  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
